Experienced Carpenter BC

We are seeking an Experienced Carpenter for a full-time position in Surrey, BC. Earn $36.60 per hour, working 35 hours a week, with a focus on quality construction and industry standards.

As a permanent employee, you will possess 2 to 3 years of carpentry experience and must perform all duties on-site. Your pivotal role will involve reading and interpreting blueprints, estimating costs, and ensuring compliance with building regulations. Skills in measuring, cutting, and fitting various materials are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare estimates for labour and materials required

• Read and analyze blueprints for necessary work

• Create accurate measurements and layouts

• Construct assemblies using wood and other materials

• Schedule and supervise job site activities

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of proven carpentry experience

• Knowledge of building codes and standards

• Position requires on-site work only

• Eligibility to work in Canada

• Ability to supervise work as needed
