Position: Hybrid Field Technician for Solar Installations
Become a Hybrid Field Technician supporting residential solar installations. Conduct site assessments and inspections to ensure top-notch installation quality and compliance.

In this role, you will work at customer homes to gather crucial measurements and data necessary for solar design. Utilizing standardized tools, you will assess roof conditions and electrical service panels while also ensuring systems are ready for inspection. Your ability to navigate tight spaces and work outdoors in varying weather conditions is key to making installations successful.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect measurements and photographs at customer residences

• Assess roof conditions and electrical service panels accurately

• Climb ladders and conduct thorough attic inspections

• Submit survey data using mobile field tools promptly

• Participate in post-installation inspections and documentation

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED is required

• One year of field construction experience preferred

• Basic knowledge of PV systems and electrical theory

• Comfortable working on roofs and in confined spaces

• Must lift and carry up to 50 lbs safely
