K & M Construction Ltd is on the lookout for a Skilled Drywall Installer in Surrey, BC. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on both commercial and residential projects.

This role requires a minimum of 2 years' experience and involves supervising team members and performing diverse installation tasks. Expertise in reading blueprints and knowledge of safety protocols are key for this position. Candidates are expected to deliver high-quality workmanship consistently across various work settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret construction blueprints and specifications

• Oversee 1-2 workers on drywall installations

• Fit and install drywall sheets securely

• Prepare surfaces and install metal corner beads

• Erect scaffolding and working platforms as necessary

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in drywall installing

• Certificate or diploma in other trades required

• Fall Arrest Protection Training certification

• Capable of lifting heavy materials

• Must have valid Canadian residency status
