Experienced Shotcrete Finisher

Structural Shotcrete Ltd. seeks experienced Shotcrete Finishers to perform key tasks in Surrey, BC. Work involves concrete finishing and requires flexibility for day, night, and weekend shifts.

As a full-time Shotcrete Finisher, you will operate in commercial, institutional, and industrial construction settings. Responsibilities include decorative finishing, curing concrete, and slab installation. You will also instruct apprentices, work in confined spaces, and manage heavy loads, making this role physically demanding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Check formwork and steel reinforcement for integrity

• Direct concrete placement using specified forms

• Operate power vibrators for effective concrete compaction

• Level top surfaces to meet grade specifications

• Finish surfaces with hand and power tools

Requirements:

• Proven experience in shotcrete finishing

• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces

• Strong physical stamina for demanding tasks

• Familiarity with hardeners, epoxies, and sealers

• Willing to work flexible hours including overtime
