Position: Full-Time Drywall Installer
Join My05 Contracting Ltd. as a full-time Drywall Installer in Surrey, BC. This role involves all aspects of drywall installation from preparation to finishing with a focus on precision and quality.

My05 Contracting Ltd. is seeking experienced Drywall Installers for immediate hiring. The ideal candidates will have completed a relevant apprenticeship or possess significant hands-on experience in drywalling. Responsibilities include measuring, cutting, and fitting drywall sheets, as well as applying finishing coats and creating suspended ceiling grids.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and prepare surfaces for drywall installation

• Measure, cut, and fit drywall sheets accurately

• Secure sheets to studs and joists effectively

• Apply and smooth joint compound over seams

• Install metal ceilings and panels for acoustical ceilings

Requirements:

• Secondary school completion required

• Apprenticeship in drywalling or lathing preferred

• Over three years of relevant work experience acceptable

• Strong attention to detail for quality installations

• English language proficiency needed
