Custom Homes Foreman Plumber

Lead our Custom Homes division as a Foreman Plumber. Oversee job execution from groundwork to occupancy, ensuring quality, safety, and team motivation in every step.

As a Foreman Plumber, you will supervise assigned jobs, leading your team with positive feedback and a proactive approach. The role requires expertise in plumbing, leadership in guiding apprentices, and proficiency in Procore and Microsoft 365. Your focus will be on maintaining project schedules, promoting safety, and ensuring quality at every stage of the home construction process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute project tasks according to schedule from start to finish

• Respectfully guide apprentices and journeymen on site

• Monitor quality and address errors with installers

• Schedule deliveries and manage supplier orders

• Participate in performance management discussions

Requirements:

• Red Seal Certified Plumber required

• Proven experience leading plumbing teams

• Knowledge of Procore and Microsoft 365

• Gas B ticket is an asset

• Strong focus on safety and quality practices
