This permanent position for a Concrete Finisher requires 1-2 years of experience and a secondary school graduation certificate.
Your role will involve checking formwork, placing concrete accurately, and ensuring smooth finishes according to project specifications. You’ll work primarily at heights and use power vibrators to achieve compact, durable surfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure proper setup of formwork and granular bases
• Accurately place concrete into forms based on specifications
• Level freshly poured surfaces and repair imperfections
• Operate vibrators for effective compaction of concrete
• Interpret blueprints and drawings for project accuracy
Requirements:
• Secondary school graduation certificate needed
• 1-2 years of proven concrete finishing experience
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
• Familiarity with working at height regulations
• Ability to follow technical specifications closely
