Ironworker

Position: Full-Time Ironworker Required
Paragon Rebar & Dampproofing is looking for a dedicated Ironworker in Surrey, BC. In this full-time, permanent role, you will combine safety with technical skill in constructing and reinforcing structures.

This position requires a high school diploma and 2 to 3 years of experience, making it ideal for skilled tradespeople. Your responsibilities will include erecting and dismantling scaffolding, inspecting for structural integrity, and securing metal elements in concrete. You will contribute significantly to safe and effective construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Erect and install scaffolding and platforms

• Align and weld metal or concrete units

• Dismantle structures as needed

• Inspect for compliance and wear

• Position steel bars in concrete forms

Requirements:

• High school certificate essential

• 2-3 years of relevant experience required

• Must manage heavy lifting and physical demands

• Own steel-toed boots and safety harness

• Organized and reliable work ethic
