Position: Foreman Plumber for Custom Home Projects
Join us as a Foreman Plumber, leading the execution of Custom Home projects. Manage all job phases while ensuring exceptional quality and workplace safety throughout.

In this role, you will oversee a dedicated team, from groundwork through to home occupancy, fostering motivation and accountability within your crew. You need to possess solid plumbing knowledge and experience while effectively guiding apprentices. Familiarity with Procore and Microsoft 365 is essential for managing schedules and project documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead team execution according to established project timelines

• Foster a respectful environment for all team members

• Regularly evaluate job quality and mentor installers

• Coordinate deliveries and permits with appropriate staff

• Monitor project costs and contribute to documentation

Requirements:

• Must hold Red Seal Certification in Plumbing

• Experience in team leadership and apprenticeship guidance

• Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft 365

• Gas B ticket desirable

• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
