As part of T-ROC's FLEX-ROC team, you will independently manage installation, repair, and merchandising activities at leading retailers like Walmart and Target. This dynamic role allows you to select assignments fitting your schedule and emphasizes on teamwork, technical talent, and problem-solving skills to meet client needs effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct installation and maintenance for displays and security systems
• Collaborate in merchandising and product placement
• Resolve technical challenges in real-time
• Maintain thorough records of installations and repairs
• Transport tools and equipment safely and responsibly
Requirements:
• Must have valid auto insurance and driving credentials
• Comfortable using mobile technology for work tracking
• Ability to adapt to changing client demands
• Experience lifting heavy equipment, exceeding 50 lbs
• Positive attitude towards collaboration and safety protocols
