Pipelayer Role in Civil Utilities

As a Pipelayer, you will ensure the proper installation of water, sanitary sewer, and hydro systems while working under the guidance of a Foreman. You will maintain safety protocols, support trench safety, and help develop junior team members through hands-on training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently install utility pipes in various projects

• Align and secure pipelines during installation

• Ensure trench safety through assembly and usage

• Oversee back filling and compact support material

• Mentor other crew members as required

Requirements:

• Experience in civil utility installation

• Skilled in using pipe and rotary lasers

• Ability to read technical plans and specs

• Knowledge of safety hazards on site

• Physically fit for demanding outdoor tasks
