As a Foreman at Tap Roots in the Custom Homes Division, your role is to manage plumbing projects while fostering a collaborative environment. You will lead a team, motivate apprentices, and uphold high safety and quality standards. This position requires oversight of the entire project to ensure timelines are met, allowing homes to be delivered on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute plumbing tasks while adhering to schedules

• Mentor and develop apprentices and journeymen on site

• Coordinate with suppliers for site deliveries

• Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety

• Maintain quality checks throughout the execution process

Requirements:

• Experience leading plumbing teams effectively

• Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft 365

• Gas B ticket is advantageous

• Strong commitment to safety protocols
