Mechanical Systems Technician III

As a key member of the BGIS team, you will maintain and operate facility equipment, contributing to the integrity and uptime of operations. Candidates should possess a solid background in HVAC systems and demonstrated ability in performing repairs and preventative maintenance. High client satisfaction will be a priority.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of mechanical and electrical systems

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance tasks

• Monitor equipment conditions and suggest improvements

• Fulfill work order responsibilities and quality checks

• Support team projects and maintain necessary tools

Requirements:

• High school diploma plus relevant trades training

• At least 3 years of experience in facility maintenance

• Knowledge of HVAC and Building Automation Systems

• Strong communication skills for effective teamwork

• Willingness to work shifts and adhere to safety protocols
