GDI Ainsworth is looking for a skilled Electrical Crew Supervisor with experience in Tenant Improvement projects. You’ll lead a small to medium team, ensuring safe, efficient installations while working closely with Project Managers. A Red Seal certification and proven leadership abilities are essential for candidates who wish to excel in a collaborative setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise a team of electricians on site
• Manage project schedules and work assignments
• Coordinate with various trades and stakeholders
• Enforce safety standards and company policies
• Keep site organized and professional
Requirements:
• Red Seal Journey Electrician or equivalent
• Minimum three years in a Chargehand role
• Proficient in electrical code compliance
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Clean Class 5 driver’s abstract
