With over five years' experience in heavy-duty service, you will oversee job assignments, inspect repairs, and recommend training needs to improve technician skills.

Your role is integral in maintaining operational flow and ensuring all customer concerns are addressed promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage job distribution among service staff

• Review repair orders to ensure completeness

• Guide technicians and apprentices in diagnostics

• Evaluate and suggest tooling requirements

• Relay customer feedback to management for improvement

Requirements:

• 5+ years of heavy-duty service technician experience

• Journeyman certificate required

• Class 1 driver's license considered beneficial

• Forklift license is an asset

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
