Industrial Maintenance Technician Position

Join Alsco as an Industrial Maintenance Technician responsible for maintaining large textile processing equipment and facility operations. This hands-on role combines electrical troubleshooting, hydraulics, and preventative maintenance.

As part of the engineering team, you'll report directly to the Chief Engineer. With your knowledge of machinery and systems, you will ensure optimal operation, respond to maintenance requests, and execute emergency repairs. A strong background in electrical systems, plumbing, and mechanical work is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate boilers and auxiliary equipment for optimal efficiency

• Troubleshoot electrical issues in 3-phase systems

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities

• Develop maintenance and safety procedures continually

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance engineering experience

• Proficiency in power and hand tools

• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills

• Experience in boiler repair, welding, carpentry

• Valid driver's license with a clean record
