Lead HVAC Technician at Sunbelt Rentals

As a Lead Technician, you will be pivotal in supporting customers and branch operations throughout Western Canada. You will perform advanced diagnostics, mentor technicians, and ensure maximum equipment uptime. This is an ideal position for those with extensive experience in HVAC and power generation systems, coupled with strong customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead troubleshooting and repairs on Power & HVAC equipment
• Travel to customer sites for emergency and technical support
• Perform preventive maintenance and load bank testing
• Support large-scale temporary power projects
• Mentor technicians in complex repairs and technical guidance
Requirements:
• Red Seal Heavy Duty Equipment Technician certification
• Extensive experience with diesel generators and HVAC systems
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Valid driver's license for extensive travel
• Ability to work independently in remote locations
