Building Operator - Maintenance Technician II

Equans is seeking a reliable Building Technician to join our facilities management team. In this permanent position, you will oversee the operation and maintenance of various building systems, ensuring safety and efficiency for all occupants. Ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, alongside experience in building maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct mechanical and electrical maintenance duties

• Assist with maintenance materials and cleanup

• Start up and shut down major building equipment

• Perform minor repairs on plumbing and electrical systems

• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year relevant maintenance experience

• Solid understanding of HVAC and building systems

• RCMP Reliability Status security clearance required
