Use measuring tools and building codes as an on-site Carpenter completing wood construction and installation work. English-language work is required at the physical location.
This Carpenter role requires secondary school graduation and one to less than two years of experience. You will prepare layouts, shape and assemble materials, and construct structural systems. The work includes residential maintenance, repairs, renovations, and installations across various establishments.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare code-compliant layouts using measuring tools
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join construction materials
- Build foundations, floors, walls, and roof systems
- Install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware
- Maintain, repair, and renovate wooden structures
- Secondary school graduation certificate
- One to less than two years of experience
- English-language ability
- Ability to handle heavy loads
- Ability to meet physical demands and tight deadlines
