Commercial Industrial Roofer SBS Torch

SBS torch-on roofing expertise meets permanent, fully onsite work in Surrey, BC, across hospitals, universities, and commercial developments.
As a Commercial and Industrial Roofer, you will install SBS membranes on large-scale projects across the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley. The work includes torch-on systems, single-ply membranes, waterproofing, and architectural sheet metal. You will follow specifications, drawings, manufacturer guidelines, and safety procedures while coordinating with Foremen and Site Supervisors.
Experience with at least three years of commercial or industrial roofing is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Install SBS torch-on systems according to project specifications
Install and repair TPO, PVC, and EPDM membranes
Apply liquid waterproofing and roof coating systems
Complete replacements, retrofits, and new construction installations
Coordinate tasks with Foremen and Site Supervisors
Requirements:
Minimum three years of commercial or industrial roofing experience
Fall Protection and WHMIS Certifications
Ability to work safely and confidently at heights
Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
Conversational English and specification-reading ability
Bring SBS installation, waterproofing, and safe-at-height skills to Commercial and Industrial Roofer projects throughout Surrey and surrounding regions.
