Our ethos is to offer high‑quality, affordable childcare to hardworking parents while ensuring the children have as much FUN as possible.

We are recruiting for our Fast Track Manager Training Programme for our term‑time only after‑school club at Ashford Park Primary School.

Job Description

The Fast Track Manager Programme is a uniquely designed programme that teaches essential skills to manage a KOOSA Kids Club while you gain practical, on‑the‑job training. A keen interest in working with children and building leadership skills is required. You will actively take part in and deliver programmed activities to children aged 4‑11, encouraging all children to participate and have FUN!
