We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly nursery team in Lingfield in the Under 2’s room. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape the early experiences of children, in a nurturing environment where wellbeing and learning go hand in hand.

What you’ll be doingYou’ll play an active role in the day-to-day life of the nursery, working closely with parents, carers and other professionals to ensure every child feels safe, supported and inspired to learn.
What we’re looking forWe’re looking for someone with experience in an early years setting who brings energy, warmth and a genuine passion for working with young children. You’ll need a relevant childcare qualification (ideally NVQ Level 2 or
3), excellent communication skills and the confidence to work on your own initiative, as well as a team-focused mindset and a positive, can-do attitude.
The role is full time, working all year round. The nursery is open Monday to Friday between 7.30am and 6.00pm, and hours are worked on a shift basis within these times. We offer:
