The person we are looking for as a Casual Receptionist has…

• Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
• Experience in a similar role or hotel environment
• High level of interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Customer service focused, both internally and externally
• Organised, systematic and process driven
• A friendly and welcoming approach with a genuine desire to provide excellent guest service

Casual work is a great solution if you are looking for flexibility around other commitments in your life. Once you have registered your interest, we will contact you in advance to offer you shifts within the hotel and hospitality operation, including during busy periods, events and race days.

There are usually a range of shifts available, with opportunities based on business requirements, busy seasons and the annual racing and events calendar. Positions and duties will be allocated as part of the briefing on the day.
