Shift Pattern:
Shifts 12 hour basis.

Salary:
Up to £51,500 per annum

Trevett Services are currently searching for Electrical Shift Engineers on a permanent basis, to work in a Data Centre environment, starting as soon as possible based in Longcross with one of the UK's leading Global commercial real estate services & investment companies.

Duties:

* Complete PPM, reactive maintenance and keep all built electrical systems running.

* React to BMS alarms and compete emergency repairs.

* Installation and modification of site electrical services.

* Fault finding and rectification of heating, ventilation and air conditioning issues.

* Operation and trouble shooting of emergency lighting, BMS, AC System, VAV, Split Systems, AHU's, Generators, heating systems and HV Systems (training given).

* Monitor Fire systems and alert supervisor on changes to status.

* Check BMS alarm conditions and respond to HVAC related problems.

Requirements:

* Former experience in a Building Services Critical environment.

* City & Guilds qualification Level 3 Electrical/ Maintenance.

* 18th Edition IEE

* HV Approved Person would be beneficial (Training is offered to be HVAP).

* HVAC Experience.

* BMS Knowledge.

* Be able to present information clearly back to peers and management.

* Experienced with working in a critical environment / data centre is ideal.
