Position: Painter & Decorator - Up To 40K

Painter & Decorator - Up to 40K - Surrey

My client is looking for an experienced Painter & Decorator to join their expanding company.

The engineer will be working on commercial sites such as Retail Shops, Bakeries & Gyms.

They offer nationwide coverage to their customers but do have engineers based across the UK, however some working and staying away will be necessary as and when required.

Responsibilities

Surface preparation, including sanding, filling, and stripping
Interior and exterior painting and decorating
Wallpaper hanging and finishing work
Applying paint, varnish, and protective coatings
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Ensuring high-quality finishes and attention to detail
Working independently and as part of a team
Following health and safety procedures

It is expected that the Painter & Decorator will have proven experience within the maintenance Industry

Position Requirements

Live within Surrey, with Surrey and London-based work and be happy travelling with occasional working away from home.
5+ years experience
Full clean driving licence
Any recognised trade qualifications are a bonus but not a must.
Work hours will be a mixture of in-hours and out-of-hours.

Package

£35k - £40K - depending on exp.

40 hour working week
Company pension scheme after 3 months.
