Instructional Support Specialist
Job DescriptionProvide instructional support and assistance to an individual student identified as needing special education support services; perform a variety of educational support activities related to behavior management and classroom instruction; monitor, and redirect if necessary, student behavior and activity during meals, recess or other student break periods.
Requirements / Qualifications1. NCLB Compliant – may qualify by meeting one of the following: i. AA/AS degree ii. 48 College units (semester) iii. Passage of a paraprofessional exam
