Novice Parliamentary Procedure
- Must have a thorough understanding of parliamentary law and RONR. This will include the instruction of motions, debate, conclusion of motions and parliamentary law. 3 hours/week from September through April (state finals) and 7 contests. Please see the curricular code outline for specifics on the contest.
