Job Notes:
Travel or local registered nurse needed for ASAP start. Minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks.

Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

• Work on a varied schedule as assigned
• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care for medical‑surgical patients
• Complete patient assessments including physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural and discharge planning needs
• Formulate and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with multidisciplinary team
• Provide direct patient care, coordination, delegation and supervision of healthcare team activities
• Document all aspects of patient care legibly and timely in accordance with policy
• Evaluate patient progress and revise care plans as needed
• Participate in education, orientation, and mentoring of facility personnel when appropriate
• Interact with patients, families, physicians, and other healthcare providers
• Maintain clinical performance competencies appropriate to medical‑surgical nursing
• California RN license and BLS certification required; meal waiver and adult abuse forms required
• ACLS certification preferred; PALS certification beneficial but not required
• Minimum one year acute‑care hospital experience required
• Experience must include working in acute‑care setting within past 12 months as RN in specialty area
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification preferred

• Referral bonus of $750
• Tax‑free stipend to be determined, subject to confirmation of 12‑hour shifts and 36 hours per week
