We’re looking for a results-driven Engineering Manager to lead Process and Project Engineering for our Automated Mailing & Bagging business. This is a high-visibility leadership role where you’ll develop talent, modernize manufacturing, and deliver capital projects that drive safety, quality, and growth
.

• Lead and grow a high-performing team supporting extrusion, printing, and converting
• Own capital projects end to end
  —from justification through installation
• Serve as the technical bridge between NPD, Operations, CI, Quality, and Maintenance
• Directly influence plant modernization, automation, and manufacturing strategy
• Play a key role in new product commercialization and technology road mapping

• Lead, coach, and develop engineers and technicians
• Drive process optimization, automation upgrades, and continuous improvement
• Standardize converting platforms to improve safety, reliability, and performance
• Manage Cap Ex budgets, project plans, and execution for new equipment
• Conduct root cause analysis and improve process capability and scrap reduction
• Partner with NPD and Value Creation to scale new products effectively

• 7+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing, including 3+ years leading teams
• BS in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
• Strong background in capital project execution and automation
• Experience with Lean / Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred) and SPC
• Financial and technical confidence to present to senior leaders
• Proficiency with PLC/automation systems and Solid Works
• A passion for safety, quality, and operational excellence
