IEWC is seeking a Test Engineer to join our team as an employee-owner. You will lead the development of test infrastructure, support electrical control systems, and work with engineering and production to scale operations in a fast-growing manufacturing environment.
You will own testing processes, mentor staff, ensure safety, and drive standardization across testing equipment and documentation. Travel is minimal and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or 5+ years of relevant experience
