Generac is seeking a Product Support Engineer to drive root-cause analysis and rapid engineering solutions for escalated product issues across operations, supply chain and product development. You will help implement lifecycle improvements and ensure BOM accuracy and ECN control.
Daily responsibilities include supporting operations, coordinating fast fixes, and leading 8D/RCAs to reduce warranty costs while improving FPY. Collaboration with multiple functions is essential.
