Generac is accepting applications for a Systems Support Specialist II to provide desktop, network, telephony, and peripheral support at our Sussex, Wisconsin facility. The role includes troubleshooting, training assistance, and collaboration with IT to resolve incidents.
Hours are 3:00pm–11:00pm, Monday–Friday, on site with potential remote access when needed. Requirements include an Associate degree in Computer Science (or equivalent) and at least 2 years of hands-on IT support experience;
