Location: Sussex, WI

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Are you detail-oriented and experienced in shipping and receiving? Join our team at Pregis, a global leader in protective packaging solutions, as a Shipping Coordinator and help keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently.

• Preparing, staging, and verifying shipments
• Coordinating truck pickups and scheduling outbound deliveries
• Validating incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation
• Operating forklifts and other equipment to move materials
• Receiving inventory in SAP and organizing warehouse locations
• Preparing international shipping documents including BOLs and commercial invoices
• Supporting the Shipping Lead and maintaining a clean, organized workspace

• Minimum 1 year of shipping/receiving experience
• Forklift experience preferred
• Familiarity with inventory control or warehouse management systems (SAP a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
