Are you hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and thrive in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment? We’re looking for a Converting Operator – Tier One to join our overnight production team in Sussex, WI.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in producing high‑quality products by safely operating converting equipment and keeping production running smoothly throughout the night. If you enjoy working with machinery, being part of a reliable team, and seeing the results of your work, this could be the opportunity for you.

• ✅ Safely operate and monitor assigned converting machines
• ✅ Perform physical and visual inspections to ensure quality and minimize waste
• ✅ Meet or exceed production and performance expectations
• ✅ Conduct quality audits and accurately document defects
• ✅ Read and follow work instructions, templates, and production paperwork
• ✅ Pack, label, and palletize finished products for shipment
• ✅ Maintain materials and supplies to reduce downtime
• ✅ Accurately enter production data into machine computers
• ✅ Dispose of scrap materials into correct film‑type gaylords
• ✅ Participate in 5S, housekeeping, and continuous improvement efforts
• ✅ Calculate production quantities and assist with labeling as needed
• ✅ Communicate clearly with incoming and outgoing shifts for smooth transitions
• ✅ Support teammates and contribute to a team‑focused environment
• ✅ Build proficiency across all converting machines
• ✅ Perform other duties as assigned

• 🔹 Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
• 🔹 Basic computer, math, and documentation skills
• 🔹 Ability to lift, push, and pull materials as required
• 🔹 Comfortable standing, bending, twisting, and stooping for extended periods
• 🔹 Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• 🔹 Willingness to work overtime to meet customer demand
• 🔹 Dependable, safety‑focused, and team‑oriented mindset

📘 High School Diploma or GED preferred

📆 Three years of stable work history preferred

🌙 Consistent overnight schedule
