What You’ll Do Assemble Custom Products:
Build high-end site furnishings, waste & recycling receptacles, and golf course amenities using hand, power, and pneumatic tools.

Follow Build Plans:
Read and interpret work orders and bills of materials.

Quality Inspection:
Inspect finished materials, plastic lumber components, fasteners, and hardware to ensure products meet quality and visual standards.

Drive Team Goals:
Collaborate with team members across the shop floor to meet daily production targets safely and efficiently.

What We’re Looking For Mechanical Aptitude:
Comfortable working with drills, drivers, tape measures, and assembly tools.

Eye for Quality:
Strong attention to detail to ensure seamless fit and finish on customized products.

Reliability:
Dependable work ethic, good attendance, and a team-first mindset.

Experience:

Previous assembly, manufacturing, or woodworking experience is a plus, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are what matter most.
