, is seeking a Maintenance Electrician II to join their team. As a Maintenance Electrician II
, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting Manufacturing, Facilities, Engineering, and Production teams
. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, mechanical aptitude, and effective communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Maintenance Electrician II
Location: Sussex, WI
Pay Range: $35.00 to $45.00/hr + bonus
What's the Job?- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components on industrial machinery and facility equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, PLC, robotic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and controls-related issues.
- Perform preventative maintenance activities on equipment, buildings, and grounds to maximize uptime.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending and implementing equipment and process enhancements.
- Provide technical support, train maintenance technicians, and assist with project-related activities.
- Associate degree, technical degree, or certification in a maintenance-related field.
- 6+ years of commercial or industrial electrical maintenance experience.
- Working knowledge of PLC hardware and programming systems with the ability to troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, drawings, and machine specifications.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and training skills with intermediate computer proficiency.
