Our client, a leading manufacturer of power equipment and industrial products
, is seeking a Maintenance Electrician II to join their team. As a Maintenance Electrician II
, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting Manufacturing, Facilities, Engineering, and Production teams
. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, mechanical aptitude, and effective communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Electrician II

Location: Sussex, WI

Pay Range: $35.00 to $45.00/hr + bonus

What's the Job?
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components on industrial machinery and facility equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, PLC, robotic, hydraulic, pneumatic, and controls-related issues.
  • Perform preventative maintenance activities on equipment, buildings, and grounds to maximize uptime.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending and implementing equipment and process enhancements.
  • Provide technical support, train maintenance technicians, and assist with project-related activities.
What's Needed?
  • Associate degree, technical degree, or certification in a maintenance-related field.
  • 6+ years of commercial or industrial electrical maintenance experience.
  • Working knowledge of PLC hardware and programming systems with the ability to troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, drawings, and machine specifications.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and training skills with intermediate computer proficiency.
