Warehouse Associate

Beer Capitol Distributing LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support high-volume beer and beverage distribution in our Pewaukee, WI warehouse. In this role, you will accurately pick, pack, and stage orders; load and unload cases and kegs; and help maintain organized, safe storage areas. You'll work on your feet, operate pallet jacks and forklifts, and assist with inventory counts and product rotation.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and stage beverage orders accurately for delivery to retail customers
• Load and unload cases and kegs using pallet jacks and forklifts while following safety procedures
• Perform inventory counts, replenishment, and product rotation to maintain stock accuracy and freshness
• Operate warehouse equipment and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow company standards for quality, accuracy, and timeliness in a fast-paced distribution environment
• Work collaboratively with warehouse, logistics, and delivery teams to meet customer expectations
• Check incoming shipments for accuracy and report damages or discrepancies
• Use basic warehouse systems or scanners to track and document product movement
