What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Ability to start immediately (tomorrow morning!)
• Physical stamina and strength to perform repetitive, heavy labor tasks
• Experience or comfort working safely with basic construction tools (like mallets/sledgehammers for rebar)
• Strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and a team-oriented attitude
• Ability to lift, maneuver heavy materials, and stand for long periods outdoors
