Responsibilities
- Deal with all spa bookings and arriving/departing guests.
- Identify opportunities to recommend treatments.
- Record accurate details and requirements of bookings.
- Answer telephone queries.
- Provide guidance and assistance with retail products.
The shifts for this role will be a mixture of early shifts, late shifts and weekend working.
Qualifications & Attributes- Experience working within a busy spa environment or hotel reception (preferred but not essential).
- High‑energy, sales‑focused individual.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Approachable and friendly.
- Ability to keep calm in a busy environment.
- Pool responder/pool plant knowledge would be advantageous.
Hourly rate: £12.71, plus service charges.
Free on‑site parking, complimentary meals during shifts.
