About The Role

• As Maintenance Assistant your role will involve ensuring our hotel is both safe and functional for our guests and colleagues.
• Combining a mixture of proactive and reactive maintenance responsibilities.
• Conducting general hotel maintenance, looking after the property and the staff accommodation like it’s your own.
• Be responsible for scheduling regular health and safety checks, ensuring Hand Picked Hotels adheres to all regulatory standards.
• You will be responsible for the upkeep of the facilities to the highest standards to deliver an excellent guest experience.
• Most of all we will want you to be inspired, have fun and enjoy being part of our Hand Picked Team.

• To be considered for this role you will have previous experience in Maintenance and a wide range of skills and knowledge.
• You’ll be motivated by keeping this historic Hotel looking her best and in excellent working order.
• Enjoy being responsible and taking ownership of the safety and security of the Hotel and all of its guests is paramount for this role.
• You’ll enjoy working with people and building a rapport with your colleagues and guests.
• Most of all, you’ll have a professional, organised and friendly approach.

• A competitive salary package of £14 per hour a share of service charge.
• This is a Full-Time role working 5 days out of 7 including weekends on a rota basis, 40 hours per week, which may vary depending on business needs.
