Overview

The Belfry Hotel & Resort is an award‑winning destination featuring 450+ luxurious rooms and suites, vibrant restaurants and bars, versatile event and meeting spaces, and a relaxing leisure club and spa. The resort houses three exceptional golf courses, including the legendary Brabazon, and has recently undergone a major expansion and renovation with an investment of over £80 million, adding the Masters Suite, a new event space, and a state‑of‑the‑art leisure club.

This position is a food and beverage assistant located at Sam’s Bar & Kitchen.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests with a polite and friendly manner
• Delivering a great experience from beginning to end
• Communicating confidently about menus and offering upsells enthusiastically
• Taking orders and proactively ensuring all guest needs are met
• Maintaining high standards of cleaning and hygiene practices
• Working across all areas within Sam’s and the driving range
• Providing assistance across any outlets in need to ensure the smooth running of the resort as a whole
