The base annual rate for this role is £12.71 per annum, plus service charge.

Working hand-in-hand with our chefs, the Kitchen Porters team keeps kitchens and equipment spotless, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. It takes skill and pride to maintain the highest cleanliness standards and make sure our chefs have exactly what they need, when they need it. • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across all kitchen and back‑of‑house areas
• Washing dishes, crockery, cutlery and kitchen equipment efficiently
• Keeping kitchen floors, surfaces and work areas clean and tidy
• Managing waste and recycling in line with resort procedures

• Be reliable, hardworking and punctual
• Take pride in maintaining high cleanliness standards
• Work well as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment
• Have a strong awareness of hygiene and safety practices
