Our Public Areas team at The Belfry Hotel & Resort make it their number one priority to deliver an outstanding, lasting impression to all guests visiting the Resort. They consistently achieve our high standards in the public areas and have excellent attention to detail and pride in what they achieve.

The hourly rate is £12.71, plus service charge.

This role covers the hours from 4 - 10pm. As part of the Public Area team you will be responsible of providing that WOW experience for the guest as they walk through the public areas within the resort. With a keen eye for detail you will be able to work under your own steam and deliver an outstanding experience to our guests.

You will also be responsible for:

• To ensure the highest level of cleaning standards are achieved
• To carry out any additional deep clean or daily cleaning
• To liaise closely with the Housekeeping Manager & Supervisor on a daily basis
• To have pride and commitment in your area of work

Experience in a cleaning role is preferred and the ideal candidate will be hard working, a team player, positive, enthusiastic and organised.

In addition to this you will:

• Have a flexible approach to work and shift patterns
• Be standards driven and be able to deliver
• Have an exemplary attention to detail
• Be able to deal with guest enquiries in a friendly manner as you will be the face of the housekeeping team around the resort
