The Public Areas team at The Belfry Hotel & Resort makes it their number one priority to deliver an outstanding, lasting impression to all guests visiting the resort. They consistently achieve our high standards in the public areas and have excellent attention to detail and pride in what they achieve.

Hourly rate: £12.71, plus service charge.

This role covers the hours from 4 – 10 pm. As part of the Public Area team you will be responsible for providing a WOW experience for the guest as they walk through the public areas within the resort. With a keen eye for detail you will be able to work under your own steam and deliver an outstanding experience to our guests.

You will also be responsible for:

• Ensuring the highest level of cleaning standards are achieved
• Carrying out any additional deep clean or daily cleaning
• Co‑ordinating closely with the Housekeeping Manager & Supervisor on a daily basis
• Maintaining pride and commitment in your area of work

Experience in a cleaning role is preferred. The ideal candidate will be hard‑working, a team player, positive, enthusiastic and organised.

In addition to this you will:

• Have a flexible approach to work and shift patterns
• Be standards‑driven and able to deliver
• Have an exemplary attention to detail
• Be able to deal with guest enquiries in a friendly manner, as you will be the face of the housekeeping team around the resort
