MaintenanceThe maintenance team ensure our Resort is at its very best for our guests andteams, to allow for the effective operation of facilities within the hotel. Theteam are proactive with repairs requiring multi-skilled abilities due to thevaried nature of the work they carry out. Whilst the team works autonomously ina fast-paced environment, they liaise and communicate with every single department in the resort
Theon-target earning potential for this role is £27,775.28 annual salary,compromising of a base salary of £26,672.88 plus a qualified estimate of £1,102.40gratuities per annum.
About theroleThis roleis for 40 hours per week working a variety of shifts and will include weekends and evenings.
Asamulti-skilled maintenance Shift Engineer, you will be attending various reactive maintenance issues in a Hotel Environment.
You willalso be responsible for
- To carry out PPM checks in all front of house areas in line with resort requirements
- To carry out weekly, monthly and quarterly compliance checks inline with resort requirements
- To ensure all jobs given to you have been completed in a tidy andtimely manner
- To comply with H&S, Food Safety and Fire Safety policies at alltimes.
- To safeguard the company’s property at all times.
- To deal with plumbing issues across the resort.
- To carry out any reasonable requests by the Chief Engineer or Property Office.
- To carry out other duties that may be necessary from time to time.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar position and setting.
In addition to this you will
- A positive approach, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for producing high quality customer care and property safety.
- Computer literacy is preferred, however full systems training is provided
