We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Night Porter at New Hall Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels.

Step into a role where every night brings something new. As one of our Night Porters, you’ll be at the heart of creating memorable guest experiences, whether you’re crafting the perfect late-night drink at the bar, delivering room service with a smile, manning the reception desk, or setting the scene for the next day’s events. No two shifts are the same, and your energy and attention to detail will make all the difference.

You’ll also take ownership of the overnight operation, confidently running the night audit and ensuring everything is balanced and ready for the day ahead. Alongside this, you’ll play a key part in keeping our hotel running smoothly, maintaining a safe, welcoming, and secure environment for both guests and colleagues. Collaboration is essential, and you’ll build strong connections with your team, keeping communication flowing across shifts so everything runs effortlessly.

This is a casual contract and will require working a variety of shifts including weekends which may vary depending on business. Flexible working hours can be accommodated where possible.
