The Ryder Restaurant morning team kickstart the day at The Belfry with energy,precision, and warmth. From preparing the restaurant for breakfast to creatinga welcoming atmosphere for our guests, this team sets the tone for an exceptional day ahead. Attention to detail, teamwork, and passion for hospitality ensure every morning or afternoon service runs smoothly and leaves guests ready to start their day inspired.

The salary for this role is £12.71 per hour, plus tips.

This role will require early mornings in the week and weekend working.

• Asa food and beverage assistant, your duties include all those of a waiter
• Towelcome all guests a polite and friendly manner
• Todeliver a great experience from beginning to end
• To confidently talk about our menus
• Totake orders from our guests and proactively ensure that all their needs are met
• Cleaning and good hygiene practices are a large part of this role
• Towork across any of the outlets that are in need of assistance to ensure thesmooth running of the resort as a whole.

Previous experience in a busybar or restaurant would be preferred, but you don’t need experience to startyour career with us at The Belfry Hotel and Resort. We have a great team thatwill train you give you all of the skills you need to be successful. If you dohave previous experience that’s great, we will take your skills and elevate them in a department where you feel you would be the best fit.
