Company Overview
Unified Global Packaging Group, a division of The Kraft Group, is a global leader in engineered packaging systems supporting the world's most advanced technology supply chains. We partner directly with hyperscale, enterprise, and OEM customers to define packaging strategy, not just supply packaging products.

Our engineering organization operates across North America, Asia, and EMEA, combining advanced simulation and ISTA-certified testing to deliver system-level packaging platforms for enterprise server racks, AI compute infrastructure, and mission-critical data center hardware.
Why This Role Matters
The acceleration of AI infrastructure and hyperscale data center deployment is fundamentally changing how high-value hardware is designed, transported, deployed, and reused.

This role elevates packaging from project execution to platform-level ownership, where packaging decisions directly influence deployment speed, global reuse economics, sustainability outcomes, and compatibility with automated data center operations.
