Position Overview:We offer two full-time salaried tiers based on preferred caseload and billable expectations:
Tier 1 (Reduced Caseload Option):- Minimum billable requirement: 17.5 hours/week (70/month)
- Typical caseload: 5–8 clients (dependent on scheduled treatment hours)
- Minimum billable requirement: 22.5 hours/week (90/month)
- Typical caseload: 8–12 clients (dependent on scheduled treatment hours)
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and overseeing treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and collaborating with families and interdisciplinary team members.
Required Availability:- Weekdays:
Flexibility preferred; must be available during 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM at minimum - Saturdays:
Availability required during 8:30 AM – 2:00 PM (some Saturdays)
- 90 hours of combined PTO accrued annually (sick, vacation, personal)
- PTO rollover up to 180 hours per calendar year
- 7 paid holidays per year
- 401(k) plan
- Reimbursement for required licensing, board certification, and CEUs
- CEU reimbursement up to $500 annually (may be rolled over)
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Experience working with children and adolescents with ASD
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Reliable transportation for in-home/community-based services
