We are looking for a motivated Physical Therapist to join our full‑time practice in Sutton, MA. The ideal candidate is a Physical Therapist with orthopedic clinical experience, or a recent graduate who completed outpatient orthopedic rotations. A strong work ethic, passion for personalized physical therapy regimens, and teamwork in delivering high‑level care are essential.

Our team of PTs collaborates closely with patients to provide the best care. We use state‑of‑the‑art methods of both traditional and cutting‑edge therapeutic care, specializing in sports and orthopedic injuries.
Duties- Patient consultation – review health and medical histories, exam patients, review pertinent medical records/imaging, and determine reason for visit.
- Consult with referring physicians/healthcare team regarding diagnosis as needed.
- Develop and implement physical therapy treatment programs based on each patient's particular needs.
- Assist patients with all phases of physical therapy treatment and techniques, including exercise instruction, modern modalities, and activities of daily living.
- Patient education on the benefits of PT, the recovery process, and the challenges they will face; maintain the treatment plan and home exercises.
- Documentation/progress notes – accurate and timely records, document treatments rendered and patient responses to treatments after each visit.
- Collaborate with other PTs and healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
- Communicate effectively with both staff and patients.
- Create an excellent experience for patients through a friendly and focused attitude.
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Program (DPT preferred).
- PT license in Massachusetts.
- 1+ year’s experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting preferred (motivated recent graduates considered).
- Full‑time or part‑time (minimum 3‑day work week) Monday–Friday.
- 8–12 hour days; open to flexible scheduling options.
Up to $97,000 per year plus a $5,000 sign‑on bonus.
